Jordan L. Rubinstein
Managing Director

Jordan is a third generation real estate professional with over a decade experience conducting real estate transactions across multiple asset classes. Rubinstein entered the Los Angeles real estate market in early 2005 when he helped establish the residential real estate division of a boutique mortgage brokerage firm in Beverly Hills, CA.  In 2008, Rubinstein joined the Real Estate Investment Services team of Marcus & Millichap in Miami, Florida, where he received valuable commercial real estate experience working exclusively for the top performing Senior Retail Agent. Rubinstein is a Los Angeles native but spent several years working in Miami’s rapidly growing real estate market before permanently returning home to California.

Rubinstein is also admitted to the California state bar and a licensed attorney. As a real estate attorney in the Century City law firm of Green and Marker, Rubinstein handled both real estate transactions and litigation on behalf of several major Los Angeles landlords and property management companies. 

In 2014, Rubinstein returned to his entrepreneurial roots in real estate brokerage and investments by forming Century Park Realty, Inc. as a founding member and the firm’s Managing Director. Rubinstein is now intimately involved in all aspects of Century Park, including business development, finance, marketing, and other day-to-day operations.

Rubinstein is involved in numerous industry groups as well as bipartisan political and charitable groups. Rubinstein is a cabinet member of The Jewish Federation’s Real Estate & Construction Division, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Urban Land Institute. 

Rubinstein earned both a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business and Marketing and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL.

David Pressberg
Executive Vice President

Pressberg heads up the firm’s retail brokerage division and has been instrumental in establishing the reach of the organization. As a third generation real estate professional, Pressberg got a head start in the brokerage industry in early 2007 taking on a position at First Property, a top producing commercial brokerage in Beverly Hills. There, Pressberg participated in the procurement of leases for high-end tenants in the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle.

After earning a degree in Real Estate and Business from the University of Arizona, David set his sights on the hustle and bustle of New York City real estate and was hired by The Shopping Center Group, formerly Northwest Atlantic, a go to retail broker in the City. As an associate to a top producing retail broker Pressberg was actively engaged in securing new locations for existing clients, including LA Fitness, Rite-Aid, Staples, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, and restaurateurs like Bobby Flay.

In 2014, Pressberg returned to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for local real estate and became involved in the day-to-day operations of Century Park Realty, Inc. Pressberg also sits on the management and real estate advisory board for the Orlando Hotel, a 95-room boutique hotel in the heart of Los Angeles and is active in several industry related groups.  

Jan Alexander
Senior Associate

Jan Alexander joined Century Park Realty, Inc. in November 2014 as a residential specialist focusing on sales, leasing, and design consulting. Jan was born in New York City before moving to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area at a young age. His passion for design and architecture are what originally brought him out to Los Angeles and involved in the local real estate industry.  Jan has lived in multiple leading luxury markets including Miami and Washington DC. Graduating from American University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Jan understands the foundational components of a successful real estate relationship and has been able to use his experience to help facilitate complex deals for his clients. His commitment to a stringent ethical regard, tireless work ethic and results oriented approach have enabled him to succeed in delivering the best results to both residential and multifamily buyers and sellers.

Ruth Rubinstein
Residential Sales Director

Ruth Rubinstein joined Century Park Realty, Inc. in 2015 after acting as co-founder and Director of West End Realty. Born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany, Ruth brings with her a vast experience working with international buyers and European clientele. Ruth is responsible for exclusive representation on several development projects for local and regional developers; including Soho Square in West Los Angeles (94 Units), St. John's Wood (54 units), Wembley Park in Playa Del Rey, and many more. 

Randi Grant
Residential Specialist

Randi Grant joined Century Park Realty, Inc. in 2014 to accommodate the needs of local investors seeking to capitalize off the ever-growing residential and multifamily housing market. Grant is a Los Angeles native and specializes in Beverly Hills and surrounding areas. Growing up in a family of builders and interior designers, she brings to the table a wealth of building and design experience in addition to a degree in Interior Design from Cal State Northridge. Grant is mother to three boys, wife to iconic business manager Warran Grant, of Grant Tani Barash & Altman, and an enthusiastic real estate agent and investor.

Felice Lipscomb
Executive Assistant & Property Management 

Lipscomb started her real estate career in 2007 working directly for the President of a local real estate and private equity firm, with a focus in commercial and residential properties ranging from apartment and office to hotels and resorts. 

Lipscomb is responsible for managing multiple spaces with locations throughout West Los Angeles and Santa Monica, including overseeing maintenance staff, building managers, and ensuring building compliance. 

Lipscomb is a California local born and raised in Venice, CA. She was a star track runner, hurdler and athlete at Santa Monica High School and still holds the hurdle record. Lipscomb received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, where she continued to make her mark in athletics as a Trojan, qualifying for the 1992 Olympic Trials.
