Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, he was always determined to forge his own path in the field. Upon graduating college, he worked in residential and commercial construction, which gave him an in-depth understanding of building operations and composition that continues to benefit his clientele. When he became a broker, he first focused his career on investment sales of commercial property in Northern California. As part of a top-selling team in Silicon Valley, he specialized in the disposition, acquisition and leasing of retail and office properties. When he relocated to Los Angeles, Gregory worked at Kennedy Wilson Properties before expanding his expertise into residential real estate. In every endeavor, he’s brought the highest level of professionalism and loyalty to his clients.

A resident of West Hollywood, Gregory spends his off-duty hours appreciating the healthy and active lifestyle the city has to offer. When he isn’t negotiating better terms for clients or analyzing the latest market data, he enjoys lifting weights, attending live entertainment events, reading and exploring beaches up and down the California Coast.
